Karen Arnold, poet-lecturer-independent scholar, has taught at The United States Naval Academy; Lund University in Lund, Sweden; and the University of Maryland. Currently she leads several reading and discussion series in Maryland, teaches for Johns Hopkins’ Evergreen Society, and writes freelance articles about books and authors. She has taught creative writing and journal and autobiography writing. Karen facilitates the Literature & Medicine program at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
