Publicity and Branding
Let your community know you’ve just been awarded a Maine Humanities Grant!
Program Description: Maine Humanities Grants distribute funding to Maine-based humanities programs and projects that have broad public outreach. Maine Humanities Grants support programs and projects with rich, well-developed humanities content, strong participation from a scholar or topic expert, and robust support from partners in the community.
Let your community know with an announcement online—on social media, in your e-newsletter, on your website, etc.
Tag us @mainehumanities when using social media so we can help spread the word.
Announcement Example: “We’re happy to announce that we’ve been awarded a (Grant Type) by the Maine Humanities Council! This (Grant Type) will help support (project details).“
Please use either the blue or white logo and the Maine Humanities Style Guide for any additional publicity materials you create.
ADD YOUR GRANT FUNDED EVENTS TO OUR CALENDAR
Use this form to submit information about public events associated with your MHC funded project.
All information must be finalized (including the location, dates, start and end times, event title and description, etc.) in order to add to our events calendar.
